Majestic Voyages – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with Majestic Voyages. By confirming your booking, you agree to the following terms on behalf of yourself and all members of your party.

1. Your Contract

When you make a booking, you confirm that you have the authority to accept — and do accept — these booking conditions on behalf of your party. A binding contract will exist once we issue a confirmation invoice. This contract is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. Tour or Holiday Price

We reserve the right to adjust the prices of any tours or holidays listed on our website or in our brochure. You will be informed of the current price before your booking is confirmed. Full payment must be received by the date specified at the time of booking. If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

3. Group Bookings

For group bookings, the person named first on the booking form (the “party leader”) accepts these terms on behalf of all participants. All correspondence, including the confirmation invoice and any relevant documents, will be sent to the party leader. Any queries or changes must be communicated by the party leader on behalf of the group.

4. Changes to Your Booking

If you wish to amend your booking after receiving your confirmation invoice — for example, by changing the date or accommodation — we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes are subject to availability and may not always be possible.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, will be charged in full.

In the unlikely event that Majestic Voyages must cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

6. Force Majeure

Majestic Voyages cannot accept liability or pay compensation for any loss, damage, or expense where the performance of our contractual obligations is prevented or affected by events beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather, war, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseeable circumstances.

7. Health, Safety, and Insurance

- It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit and able to participate in the tour.

- You are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance that covers personal liability, medical expenses, cancellations, and loss or damage to personal belongings.

- Majestic Voyages is not liable for costs incurred due to lack of appropriate insurance coverage.

8. Tour Itinerary and Changes

While we make every effort to deliver the itinerary as advertised, Majestic Voyages reserves the right to make changes due to operational, safety, or weather-related reasons. In such cases, we will offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value where possible. No refunds will be issued for changes made to ensure guest safety or due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Conduct and Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any guest from a tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to staff, fellow guests, or local communities. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

10. Photography and Media

By participating in a tour, you consent to Majestic Voyages capturing photographs or video footage that may include your image. These may be used for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to the tour.

11. Complaints

If you have a complaint during your tour, please notify your guide or contact us immediately so we can address the issue promptly. Complaints made after the tour must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the tour date.

12. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, participation is at your own risk. Majestic Voyages is not liable for loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal property during the tour.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Majestic Voyages and may not be used without written permission.
